A Very New and Different President

Due to non-stop / wall-to-wall media coverage, I will not beleaguer this momentous event. Yes, I said momentous. The election of our first black President truly is momentous. And, I pray that he serves our nation well.

I do not care that he is black... although I am greatly troubled by the fact that he never properly proved he was born on American soil (as is the requirement to be President) and/or disprove that he was born in Kenya Africa, as his paternal grandmother and two half siblings still claim.

I do not care that he is a Democrat (D)... although I am deeply concerned that he is extremely "liberal" and will institute massive liberal-socialist spending and levy new taxes to pay for it all.

I do not care that he is young (only 48 years old) ... although I do care that he only had a few months of service in the U.S. Senate before he started running for President.

Lastly, because you have to be careful what you wish for... and who you vote for... I leave you to ponder these words:

"The National Government will regard it as its first and foremost duty to revive in the nation a spirit of unity and cooperation. It will preserve and defend those basic principles on which our nation has been built. It regards Christianity as the foundation of our national morality, and the family as the basis of national life."

The link above speaks for itself. Keep in mind, this story is about the UAW's union ownership of a prestigious *Top 100 golf course resort (*according to Golf Digest magazine) that has lost over $23,000,000 in the last 5 years. In spite of this huge loss during the worst of economic times, the UAW has made no attempt to sell this expensive, burdensome and totally unnecessary / inappropriate asset. Having belonged to a couple of different unions myself in years past... (I was forced to join)... I can assure you that not one union member I have ever known would approve of their union dues being used for such extravagances as this UAW golf resort sitting on 1,000 acres of land.

Suffice to say: "Unions, by their nature and MO, are a microcosm of communism..... and we all know communism does not work." The story attached above makes this point very clearly. Union meetings should be held at union halls... or in rented facilities if more space is needed, such as a Ramada Inn, a Holiday Inn, etc. But then, did you ever see members of the USSR's Politburo ever live and work in cost-effective, humble facilities? - Answer: NO!

"MERRY CHRISTMAS!" . . . and wishes for a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year is the only type of greeting you will get from me. Please try to remember why we celebrate Christmas.
And lest there are any doubters out there who insist upon questioning what we celebrate here in America, and why, I close by sharing the immortal words of one of our brave, intelligent Founding Fathers, Patrick Henry: "It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on religions but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ."

ILLINIOS GOVERNOR ARRESTED !!!

BUSINESS AS USUAL - Chicago has long been known as the most corrupt city in America. 48 years ago, the Presidential election of JFK was won (read: stolen) with the help of the mafia and widespread political corruption throughout Chicago and Cook County... ala, the reign of the Daley clan. But the latest Illinios corruption case is a dusey, even by Chicago standards.

Tuesday morning, December 9, 2008, the sitting Governor of the State of Illinios, Rod Blagojevich (D), was arrested by Federal authorities for [quote] "Brazenly conspiring to sell or trade the U.S. Senate seat left open by Barack Obama to the highest bidder." The Governor's Chief of Staff, John Harris, was also arrested Tuesday morning.

The Illinios Governor even threatened to appoint himself if he did not receive enough compensation for the Senate seat. The price demanded was $2.5 million... plus, plus, plus! Oh yeah, he also wanted a lot of perks too. Surprise, surprise? ..... NOT !

It has to be noted that the previous Governor of Illinios, Georeg Ryan (R), is currently "sitting" in prison doing a six year sentence for racketeering and fraud.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Supreme Court announced on Monday, December 8, 2008, that it has declined to hear agruements brought forth by a NJ man regarding the lack of proof that Barack Obama is a natural born U.S. citizen... thus making him unqualified to be President. But there is still a better-crafted motion regarding this same matter pending in the Court, brought forth by former Pennsylvania Attorney General (D), Phillip Berg, that has yet to be heard. Bottom line... Obama has dodged another legal bullet... so we continue to wait for another Supreme Court decision regarding attorney Berg's motion before the Court.

Thank God this Obama natural-born citizenship issue has been challenged by some life-long Democrats, rather than Republicans. I believe this is why, in large part, the mainstream media has all but ignored the matter. Today's media... 90% of whom are left-leaning liberal Democrat supporters... have given up their journalistic objectivity decades ago. They are unabashed supporters and cheerleaders for Democrats and their issues. With just 5% of today's media being conservative, and the other 5% being independent, the liberal 90% has their way with public opinion.

With that being said, I think it is timely to remind everyone that: ALL of our Founding Fathers were Christian conservatives, by today's definition. None of them were what we call "liberals" today. Thus, this current media situation does not bode well for our nation.... because "The pen is mightier than the sword."

Holding Our Breath for the Latest Obama Citizenship Update

Sounds like we will not know if the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to hear 'Oral Arguments' on this case until Monday morning, December 8, 2008.

My guess is they will. The Court will have no choice. One reason is: All intelligent Americans understand the concept of being born on U.S. soil ... (duh!) ... as well as the reason[s] for this most basic, fundamental American law. Thus, want to or not, I believe the Court will be forced to hear 'Oral Arguments' due to the clear-cut delineation of this law in our Constitution. That is, unless Obama makes this matter go away by finally providing ligament, irrefutable documents proving that he was born on U.S. soil. But if he was going to do that he would have done it months ago, prior to the Democrat Convention in August.

If the U.S. Supreme Court does not get to the bottom of this very simple, unanswed question of Obama's true place of birth... then we might as well burn the United States Constitution and have Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell write a new one for us! ----- See this news update and links for same below:

On Monday, December 8, 2008, at 1:30 pm, the We The People Foundation will conduct a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington D.C.
The licensed attorneys who initiated lawsuits in PA (Philip Berg), NJ (Leo Donofrio) and CA (Orly Taitz), challenging Mr. Obama's legal eligibility to hold the Office of President of the United States, will briefly summarize the facts, legal arguments and status of their cases. They will answer questions from the press.
Prior to the start of the conference, at 10 am, the Supreme Court of the United States is expected to announce whether it will consider applications from these attorneys who have asked the Court to delay the proceedings of the Electoral College pending a determination of the underlying constitutional question - the meaning of the "natural born citizen" clause of Article II of the Constitution and its application to Mr. Obama.
